Travis Nichols, a Top Producer from 2004-2022, is Founder of a consistently top-producing real estate team with wife and partner, Julia Nichols. Born and raised in Houston, Travis relocated to California and Colorado for several years (earning a degree in environmental biology from the University of Colorado) before returning to his hometown in 2001. He and his wife have been involved in Houston real estate ever since.
