Tracy Prohoniak Stacey

Tracy P. Stacey grew up in the Carolinas and graduated from the University of South Carolina. During college she earned a commission as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and spent the next 11 years on active duty. Over the course of her Marine Corps career, Tracy moved 17 times, purchased 3 homes, sold 1 home, and managed 1 home as a rental property. Her experience in buying, selling, renting, and moving provided her with a solid foundation from which to launch her career in real estate. Tracy knows the stresses of buying and selling homes, managing rental properties, and moving from personal experience.

Tracy, her husband, their two daughters, dog and two cats most recently made the move from their last duty station in San Diego, CA to the Clear Lake area. Having seen and lived in diverse areas across the country, the Staceys decided there is no better place to put down roots.

Tracy is involved with her church and the local library, and continues to serve the country in the Marine Corps Reserve. She donates a portion of each commission she receives to her two favorite charities, Wounded Warrior Project (Click here) and Lion Guardians (Click here).
