She walked through the property with me prior to listing, making suggestions, and even helped me choose a paint color. Tracy thinks outside the box. After all of the painting and prep was done and all of the personal items had been moved out, she came back yet again prior to listing and helped me stage the property. She even brought several of her own items for staging. This is above and beyond. Which has been my experience with her in the past. I have used Treacy for several transactions. She is just the best. “Tracy Powell made selling my house as stress-free as possible. She visited the property two separate times pre-listing to give her opinion and advice on our preparations. Her advice was also critical in choosing a listing price that would bring maximum proceeds, while still attracting lots of showings and not eliminating potential buyers. It is a fine line, and can be tricky to get it right. Tracy guided me to the perfect price, as evidenced by the fact that we were under contract in just a couple of weeks. I did some staging, and she actually added some staging items of her own to help the home show in the best possible way. During the whole process, she communicated often, and was helpful at every stage. Tracy is a good teacher and she made sure that I understood everything. I felt she was very was very dedicated to me as her client. She worked hard to get my home sold quickly, and kept me updated and provided lots of useful feedback from showings. Another thing I valued a lot was the input she gave as we were negotiating through several offers. Once under contract, she again kept me informed of various actions and deadlines, all the way up to a seamless closing. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
