Prior to launching her real estate career in 2022, Tracy was a Training NCO in the U.S. Army, a Sergeant, a Captain, and an operations manager with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. From these experiences, Tracy developed a strong sense of discipline, passionate patriotism, and mature leadership. Tracy says, I have always been in a leadership. I am persistent and detail oriented. I am confident and carry myself in that manner. I think through problems and am not quick to make knee-jerk decisions, but I can be feisty when the situation dictates. In her free time, Tracy enjoys honing her art skills painting and drawing as well as writing poetry. Tracy also gives back to her community through involvement in her church in Conroe. Previously she has given back to the ASPCA and SAAFE House in Huntsville from 2008 to 2020. Tracy says, I am very positive and upbeat. The bottom line is I care!
