I was the loan officer for a deal that closed last week that Tonya was the listing agent for out in the country. She was very professional and easy to communicate with throughout the process and I enjoyed working with her on this deal. Would definitely recommend her to people that need to hire a realtor.

Tonya Kiliddjian and her Re/Max team were absolutely a dream to work with. From day one she was so helpful with all the paperwork and putting me at ease. She quickly came and toured my home and gave me honest and constructive feedback of any needed improvements or repairs needed before putting my home on the market. Tonya did her research on my area and was able to anticipate all my needs and concerns. She was even helpful in helping me select paint colors and finishes that would result in the most bang for my investment and she was 100% accurate. In less than 48 hours after being listed and we had 3 strong offers. She verified funding sources and negotiated with those offers to secure me the strongest offer well over listed asking price and a quick 14 day closing period.
