I have an online new member orientation scheduled for tomorrow but don\'t know how to access it

Updating this in case anyone else has the same question as I did... When registering, no URL/Zoom link is sent with the confirmation. Apparently, the link will be emailed the day of the class. (Note to HAR Education that this should be mentioned in the confirmation emails.)

We had a new under construction property under contract with a builder /seller who also is the listing broker. The builder/seller is now asking significant increase in price. Seller has asked to terminate the contract but has not send a termination notice. However seller has re-listed the property has new. Is seller allowed to relist the property and conduct open houses that is already under contract? The contract is a standard TREC new under construction contract with no provision for back up offers or continue to show under contract clause.

This is a tricky situation because the seller is the builder and broker. If you are working with an agent, this question should be directed to them. Otherwise, it's best to seek legal advice as soon as possible.

I understand the process. However, I am looking for a time frame in day length of what I must do for my buyer clients. Can anyone assist me with this? Best answer gets reward. Thank you

Your question is somewhat vague, but generally, I believe you (currently) have 3 days to respond to client requests. However, there is a rule change in process that may make this 2 days.
