Tom Watson

Tom had a long career in the banking industry. He was a Regional Manager of The Private Bank Division at Texas Commerce Bank, President & CEO of Clear Lake National Bank, and an organizing director of Texas Citizens Bank. He served as regional president of Texas Citizens Bank for 14 years. Tom retired from banking and now has a full time focus on commercial real estate.

His service first approach is reflected in his day to day interactions with customers and team members. Tom's business experience provides him the ability to guide a transaction from the start to finish in an organized manner. His extensive contacts in the greater Houston area are a benefit for his clients. Tom's passion for the people he serves is contagious. His dedication to customers, local business owners, service organizations and not-for-profit entities help establish and grow strong relationships within our community.

Tom is the Designated Broker and President and Manager of Clear Lake Capital LLC. He is an Associate Broker at Qualified Properties, Inc. Tom and his wife, Susan, are active members of Houston's First Baptist Church and the Houston Club. He is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
