Todd Smith

Todd P Smith is a residential real estate broker serving the greater Austin, Texas metropolitan area. Growing up as the son of a Broker, Todd cultivated his passion for helping others early on. His career prior to going full-time in real estate included stints in public accounting and the motion picture industry, where he worked on forty-two motion pictures. He is currently a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA). Entering real estate, Todd quickly became recognized nationally in the Top 3% of his firm's agents, followed by becoming Managing Partner of a Sotheby’s Int'l Realty franchise office, and later formed his own boutique firm (Fine Austin Living), whose motto was "The Fine Art of Austin Real Estate." Recently, Todd joined eXpRealty as a Broker Associate and gives passionately to his family, his clients, and his community. In addition to holding advanced REALTOR designations such as CRB (Council of Residential Broker-Managers), CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Insititute), Todd Smith has served as the President of two Rotary Clubs (so far!) and hosts a local podcast "Let’s Talk About Austin!"
