I would give 10 stars if I could! We sold our house first to buy a new house, which was extremely challenging in this major seller's market. We are fulltime working parents with small children, and I am not a very patient person. He monitored the market at least several times a day until our offer was accepted. I know that we were not the highest bidder, but his communication skill, profound knowledge, and strategic offer presentation ultimately won us this incredible home. We love our new house and do not expect to move at least for a while, but if we ever move again, he would be the first person I would contact for sure. Also cannot forget to mention, he teamed up with an outstanding lender, Julie, to help us buy this house. The tag team is all you need for your any real estate needs. Highly recommended!
