Timothy Patterson

Third-generation Houstonian Tim Patterson brings an edited view of the Houston landscape. Tim brings decades of experience managing a portfolio of personal properties in the Houston market. A homeowner since the age of 19, he is able to easily place himself in the shoes of his clients, helping to guide them as they make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether moving families into their very first home or helping a future resident relocate, Tim is able to foretell home value for his clients.

On a personal level, Tim's passion is travel, and the farther away the better. I can't get enough of traveling abroad, he says. I fill my passport with a mix of must-see countries and third-world stamps. I love the adventure of discovering different cultures, and a big history and architecture buff as well. When not working or traveling, Tim enjoys spending time with his perpetual family, including 11 nieces and nephews.
