Hey Everyone! My name is Tiffany Moorer, and I specialize in new construction homes as your dedicated realtor. A bit about myself- I hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an MBA, equipping me with the skills and knowledge to help you understand market trends and make informed decisions.

My passion for real estate ignited in 2016 when I began working as a sales counselor for a builder. From 2016 to 2022, I worked with several builders, building strong relationships, becoming familiar with their construction processes, and gaining expertise in new construction homes versus the resale market. This experience allows me to guide you in making well-informed decisions.

From 2022 until now, in addition to being a realtor I am also a licensed mortgage loan officer. The experience as a loan officer has helped me gain insight into the finance side of real estate. During this time, I also learned credit repair and worked closely with title companies, covering every aspect of the buying process. My comprehensive knowledge ensures I can support you every step of the way.

As your Realtor, I am committed to providing you with all the information you need to make confident decisions. Having lived and worked in various parts of Houston, including Katy, Humble, the Medical Center, Dayton, Splendora and Pearland, I understand the unique qualities of each area. With over eight years of experience, I am familiar with the majority of Houston and its surrounding areas. If I'm not fully acquainted with a particular area, I know how to conduct the research and ask the right questions to meet your needs.
