I have been a licensed Realtor® since 2004. My experience is in residential, commercial real estate and foreclosures. I currently represent a bank and I am responsible for the maintenance and liquidation of a multi-million-dollar portfolio of commercial and residential properties primarily located in Texas. This includes pre-foreclosure analyses, contract reviews and negotiations, restructuring loans, and managing title concerns. I am a graduate of the University of Houston. My background also includes managing a nationwide residential and commercial real estate portfolio for an investment firm from 2008-2014. I understand the importance of a smooth and successful real estate transaction. People want to know that the real estate agent they are working with is competent, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable. My keen sense of consumers' needs has helped me develop and strategize my role in completing successful transactions.
