Tia and Ryan pride their selves in having realistic, truthful answers to all the questions you may have and will be your advocate from the moment they begin working with you.
As a Pearland resident since 2012, Tia is well known for her local charity work and her positive attitude. She has a passion for helping those in need and is the person whom you’ll always find filled with joy. At age 18 Tia became a licensed realtor® to help her friends find homes to start their families; 20 years later nothing has changed. It is Tia’s goal to help families find their dream homes and to have fun while doing it.
An entrepreneur from Canada, Ryan gained experience flipping houses while searching for those diamond in the rough properties and transforming them into marketable homes. He then became a self-proclaimed expert in relocation while working in the oil and gas profession and being relocated often. Ryan is a firm believer in giving back, that’s why Brooks Property Group created the Brooks Foundation, a 501(3)(C). A portion of every dollar earned by Brooks Property group goes back to the local community.
