Thomas Phillips

Thomas Wade Phillips has been a loyal and dedicated team member since first joining the brokerage in 2003. A true Texas cowboy, Wade’s background prior to real estate involves several decades in agriculture, working as the General Manager of a large ranching operation (which is how he first met D’Ann Harper). The agents who work with Wade appreciate his patience, understanding, and listening ear as they navigate any number of listing, negotiation, and sales issues. He also provides his agents with a wealth of knowledge in Texas land ownership and rights.

He first dove into a realty career seeking a professional change, working first as a REALTOR^® for several years, receiving designations such as Graduate REALTOR^® Institute (GRI), the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource^® (SFR^®) certification, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification. Wade has taken countless classes in leadership, recruiting, and NINJA selling in order to best help guide agents in their careers. 

Wade’s leadership style incorporates empathy, accountability, and gratitude . His refreshing approach allows him to serve with integrity and honesty, always leading by example. In his down time, Wade enjoys adventures with his grandchildren, watching sports, and vacationing in Mexico.
