Born and raised in Kosovo, Anisa relocated to the United States in January 2008, where she completed her Bachelor's of Science in Business (Concentration in Finance). Her background includes: Bookkeeper, Office Manager, Licensing Coordinator (Michigan Gaming Control Board), and Interior Designer. She has had the opportunity to live in many places throughout the United States and finally found a true home in Texas in 2010. It was her often frustrating experiences of relocating that ultimately led her into the real estate profession. Now, she helps others navigate the often-confusing waters of buying and/or selling homes - while simultaneously assisting others to achieve their dreams and/or accomplishing their goals; as smooth and enjoyable as possible. After graduating with a degree in Human Development from the University of Kansas, Jenny came to Houston to launch Houston Achievement Place, a residential treatment facility for children and families with special needs. Taking the same love for helping others, she began a new career in 1994 as a sales professional with two different national homebuilders. Working with developers, architects, designers, and construction, she helped complete seventeen Woodlands communities. Jenny was consistently honored over the years as a multi-million- dollar producer by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Houston Area. In 2007, selling over 21.7 million in homes, Jenny was nominated for the prestigious PRISM award for the second time in her career. In 2008 Jenny left new home sales to join Tory as a Realtor and, combining strengths and passion for making a difference for families, together they created The Hearn Team. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Jenny found it extremely rewarding helping past clients and new clients will all their real estate needs. First time home buyers, empty nesters, relocation and move-up buyers, all are equally important to her. Working with both buyers and sellers, her goal is to make the real estate process seamless. During my coaching career, I honed in on fundamental skills needed to play the game and the intangibles like character, attitude and discipline to unlock those skills.
