My name is Dick Richards. I am a happily retired coach/teacher. I educated the youth of America for 30 years . Now I am happy to educate and help you buy your dream home.






During my coaching career, I honed in on fundamental skills needed to play the game and the intangibles like character, attitude and discipline to unlock those skills. As I transitioned to real estate, I began helping colleagues within my coaching network, and built my fundamental principles in real estate.






I want to share my experience and principles with you, so that you can make an informed decision with your gut feeling, because that feeling is stronger than any thought we have as humans. It's important to my process to be objective and make decisions based on facts and the information available, so that you can then find the property that matches your needs.
