Last August, My husband David and I experienced the devastation of Hurricane Harvey that destroyed our personal home and our rental property. We also experienced the beauty of others that traveled across the country to help others in desperate need. David and I are living in an apartment in the Woodlands, TX while our new home is being built. This also gives me an opportunity to continue my learning and understanding of building new construction from ground up and share my experiences and knowledge with my clients that may decide to build instead of purchasing a resale home. David and I have a blended family of ten children, nineteen grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren and a host of relatives and friends and some who are our clients. In our planned leisure time, we enjoy traveling from state to state and across the waters to beautiful countries. Volunteering gives me an opportunity to give back to my community and make a difference others around me. Volunteering with the Food Banks, Area Schools, Habitat for Humanity, Area Gardening Clubs and KW Cares that give assistance throughout areas of our neighborhoods. We serve in our WoodsEdge Community Church, where we serve as Prayer Partners. Real Estate is an ever evolving industry with constant market and trend changes, it's easy to get lost in the way things were and that can be devastating to ones bottom line. Participating in continued education allows me to stay current on real estate laws, streamline my social media marketing and give my clients peace of mind.

Growing up in the Northwest Houston area, Donald "DT" Thomson has first-hand experience with many of the areas that he sells real estate in. Donald is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Marketing in 2005 and went on to earn his master's degree in Sports Management in 2007. After gaining valuable sales, marketing, and management experience in the sports-business industry, Donald turned his focus and passions into Real Estate. He helps clients of all ages and stages of life, and earned the "Senior Real Estate Specialist" (SRES) Designation in 2021 as an expert in working with Senior clients. Donald attributes his success in real estate to his strong Christian faith along with the support from his family including his wife, Xanath, and two children, Julius and Xarlet. Moving to Southeast Texas several years ago from out of state, our family found our own sweet little paradise. More importantly, we found a community that we love and quickly embraced as home. I love the natural beauty here and still enjoy experiencing the variety in environments, activities, lifestyles, and cultural opportunities that the area has to offer. Mark Haley is a real estate agent with Gulf Oak Realty. He is committed to listening to his clients' needs to provide them with an invaluable experience. As a resident of Greater Houston since 2006, he is able to provide a concierge-level service for clients moving into the area.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Mark graduated from Jesuit High School and then went on to graduate with two bachelor's degrees from Saint Louis University. In 2006, he moved to The Woodlands after being hired as an airline pilot. Mark's determination and drive led him to further his education by getting his real estate license and earning a certificate in advanced technical accounting.

As a licensed airline pilot, Mark understands that attention to detail is a necessary component of success. His diverse background provides his clients with the negotiation skills and financial insight needed beyond the initial home search and showings.

Mark is married to his high school sweetheart, Amy, and they reside in The Woodlands with their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, exercising, watching sports, and coaching little league.

Paola Ladewig was born and raised in Colombia, moved to Dallas-Fort Worth in 2001 and then to The Woodlands in 2013. She attended The University of Phoenix and earned a degree in Business Management, and her skills in Marketing give her a unique insight into how to find the best deals and market properties to serve real estate buyers and sellers. She comes from a background of 11 years working with top producer Real Estate agents as Transaction Coordination bringing her skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to clients.

Paola entered the Real Estate world in order to help agents to meet their goals and now as an agent, she wants to meet new people and help them accomplish home ownership. Her work ethic and honesty have helped her meet wonderful people throughout the years and create long lasting relationships, motivating her to keep working hard, give it all to her business and her clients.
