This is exciting news, The first step is to shop for the perfect realtor that will listen to your wants and needs. You will need to feel comfortable with them. They will guide you with the process. The first step is to get pre-approved with a lender. Having a pre approval letter is a benefit to you during the negotiation process. Asking questions is important, how far is this location to my job, how are the schools, is this area great for resale. Just build the relationship and work together for a positive outcome. We submitted contract 7 days ago and supposed to close on the 17th but we didnt get to see the actual contract from our realtor until today. On seller temp residential lease form, seller want to stay for 5 days after closing day with $0 per days and $0 deposit. What else can we do to fix this shenanigan ??\n\nThanks

I believe you need to reach out to their agents broker. Many times the broker doesn\'t know what is going on until they are notified.

Doesn\'t your realtor have to \"un-list\" your property when you ask this???

You will want to contact their broker as the listing belongs to the brokerage. In addition you will want to get a termination of listing agreement signed by the broker and yourself.

Depending on the relocation company. Once all the documents are submitted correctly 3-7 days. Relocation Companies have many documents along with your contract and disclosures.

I would like to know how to find good, reliable contractors or individuals that do home repairs and light remodeling for my sellers who need to have a few things done to get their homes ready for marketing.
