Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Ray ran a small farm for more than eight years, worked in the IT department of a multifamily property management company, and spent several years as a purchasing manager for a manufacturing firm in Houston.

Ray has a passion for community involvement, service and leadership, and finds opportunities to serve in various capacities. He is a strong advocate for the local Houston Association of REALTOR® (HAR), and has served on the Professional Development, Management Central, Risk Management, TREPAC, Political Affairs, Communication and YPN Advisory Groups. He was Chair of the HAR Governmental Advisory Group for 2016 and 2017, and served as a Region 14 Trustee for the Texas Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) from 2016 to 2019. Ray was on the Executive Board of Texas REALTORS® from 2018 to 2019, and was Chair of the Texas REALTORS® YPN Group in 2020. In 2021, Ray served as the Chair of the NAR Business Issues Policy Committee.

In 2012, Ray was recognized by HAR's NRG (now YPN) as one of the 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in real estate.

In 2013, Ray was selected for the highly respected Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) and graduated from the 4-month program, in November, 2013.

Ray has been active in the leadership of the Greater Houston CRS Chapter, serving as the President-elect in 2013, President of the Chapter in 2014, Past-President in 2015, and Financial Chair in 2016. CRS agents are typically the most knowledgeable professionals in the field and rank in the top 3% across the country.

After years of successful affiliation with Rodney Powell of Powell Real Estate, Ray opened his own firm, Legacy Texas Properties, in 2013, where he now serves as Broker/ Owner. Legacy Texas Properties is focused on quality client representation and utilizes the latest technology to allow their agents to spend more time serving their clients' needs. Transactions are e-signed through DocuSign, then tracked and shared securely through the DocuSign Transaction Management system.

Pat is now the broker for MRE and ADVISORS owned by family and friends. The consumer inspired concept by the brokerage owners was created for the consumer by consumers. It was developed from decades of experience in the global business world. She is excited to apply her extensive knowledge in real estate marketing and compliance with a consumer business model unique to the industry. Demi Turner is an active real estate agent born and raised in a small community north of Houston. She lived on 65 acres near the Sam Houston National Forest about 20 minutes southwest of Huntsville, TX. She graduated from Huntsville High School and earned a scholarship to play softball at The University of Alabama ROLL TIDE! In 2018, she graduated from Bama, but not before becoming an All-American softball player and getting the opportunity to play in the Women's College World Series on multiple occasions. After graduation, Demi decided to move back to her home state of Texas where she began her private company and real estate career.

Demi's grandparents were Greek immigrants who came to America in 1952 through Ellis Island. Through their relationship, they taught her that success takes hard work, resiliency, sacrifice, integrity, and grit.
