Jennifer serves on the board of Rotary House, a housing program for out-of-town families and patients receiving extended treatment at area hospitals. She and her husband, Mike, serve on the Parent Committee of YoungLife, and they are active at The Woodlands Methodist Church.

Jennifer attended Klein HS in Houston. She holds a bachelor's degree from TCU and a graduate degree from Duke University.

Jennifer and Mike have two sons and a daughter-in-law. Sam and Sarah are graduates of Texas A&M University and live in Houston. Kyle attended The Woodlands HS and is currently studying at Oklahoma State University.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, watching sports, tailgating and connecting with friends over a great meal.

Dave started investing in properties in 2006. Instead of selling his first home, he rented it to a friend who needed a place for his family to live. Then, guided by his local Realtor, he began looking for, analyzing, and buying properties -- rentals, flips, BRRRR, yield plays, if the numbers made sense, he pursued it. Today, he owns a number of rental properties and is always eager to share the value of owning such an asset. Soon after moving back to Houston, Dave decided to become a full-time Realtor and investor, is now a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and has consistently received awards as a top producer at Connect Realty! His goal is to help folks like he was helped. For Louise Blanchard, real estate is a natural fit. Before becoming a Realtor, she was a practicing attorney for almost a decade. As a Realtor, she is able to combine her communications skills, contract training and negotiating savvy with her two loves – architecture and helping families find their most important investment, a home in The Woodlands.

Louise wants prospective clients to know that she will work extremely hard to achieve what they want. She has a deep concern for the needs of her clients and prides herself in being able to facilitate the real estate process and create solutions where other people may see problems. Very detail- and goal-oriented, Louise’s experience as an attorney taught her to recognize and meet her clients’ needs and desires and to understand and quickly analyze shifting markets and environments.

As an active runner, Louise keeps abreast of the real estate market in The Woodlands by literally pounding the pavement on the many running paths the area encompasses. And, as the mother of young children (she and her husband have two girls with busy extracurricular schedules), Louise brings the bonus of first-hand knowledge of schools, family- friendly areas and family activities in The Woodlands.

A native of Louisiana, Louise moved to Houston in 2001 and resided in The Heights before relocating to The Woodlands in 2006. In addition to her law degree, she has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Management. She is a member of the Junior League of North Harris and South Montgomery Counties and serves on the planning committee of the Giving Goes Glam fundraiser. She also volunteers with Interfaith of The Woodlands and The John Cooper School’s parent organizations.
