Louise Blanchard

For Louise Blanchard, real estate is a natural fit. Before becoming a Realtor, she was a practicing attorney for almost a decade. As a Realtor, she is able to combine her communications skills, contract training and negotiating savvy with her two loves – architecture and helping families find their most important investment, a home in The Woodlands.

Louise wants prospective clients to know that she will work extremely hard to achieve what they want. She has a deep concern for the needs of her clients and prides herself in being able to facilitate the real estate process and create solutions where other people may see problems. Very detail- and goal-oriented, Louise’s experience as an attorney taught her to recognize and meet her clients’ needs and desires and to understand and quickly analyze shifting markets and environments.

As an active runner, Louise keeps abreast of the real estate market in The Woodlands by literally pounding the pavement on the many running paths the area encompasses. And, as the mother of young children (she and her husband have two girls with busy extracurricular schedules), Louise brings the bonus of first-hand knowledge of schools, family- friendly areas and family activities in The Woodlands.

A native of Louisiana, Louise moved to Houston in 2001 and resided in The Heights before relocating to The Woodlands in 2006. In addition to her law degree, she has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Management. She is a member of the Junior League of North Harris and South Montgomery Counties and serves on the planning committee of the Giving Goes Glam fundraiser. She also volunteers with Interfaith of The Woodlands and The John Cooper School’s parent organizations.
