My name is Bill Lasar and I've been a Licensed Texas Realtor for the past 16+years. .My areas of specialty are in the Houston area covering the cities of Cypress, Houston, Katy, Magnolia, Spring, The Woodlands, and Tomball.

In addition, over the last 30 years, from time to time I invested in real estate, built homes, small apartments and rehabbed/flipped condos & houses.

This background has given me a rounded experience to help my clients buy and sell properties.

As a Realtor I've helped many homeowners sell their homes after another agent failed, helped many buyers find their dream homes and assisted investors buy & sell properties and maximize their ROI.

My goal is to make my client's real estate transactions as effortless as possible with me acting as their agent and guiding them through each step of the process. It's not complicated but my helping hand will always be there with follow ups and prompt responses to all concerns and questions. Plus, my extensive negotiating experience will be targeted to get the highest price possible for my seller's homes and the lowest price for my buyer's purchases.

Wide experience in the residential real estate industry, including extensive knowledge of new construction homes, gives Amber Crawford a decided advantage when representing sellers and buyers. Amber worked in builder sales for 20 years where she developed a trained eye for construction quality and a good understanding of the types of products used in new-home construction.

Amber works with sellers and buyers at all price levels and in every stage of their lives, from first-time homebuyers to luxury clients to relocation transferees to down-sizing empty-nesters. "I love the diversity," Amber says. "I care about my clients and work hard to educate them on the process so that they feel empowered. Volunteer commitments for Amber include the American Heart Association, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Rotary The Woodlands, and her local PTA. I am a firm believer in 'give where you live' and I do it because it feels right, she says. Business happens organically when you do the right thing.

Originally from a small town outside of Austin, Texas, Amber has been a Houstonian since 1990. She and her daughter reside in The Woodlands area and love being a part of the community. When time permits, Amber enjoys reading, live music and beach time.

Originally from Beaufort, South Carolina, Constance Willis has been calling the Houston area home for over 20 years. The daughter of a custom homebuilder, Constance inherited the keen sensibility to understand what clients desired out of their homes, as well as the homebuilding experience. This knowledge spearheaded her successful career in New Home Sales for the past 15+ years with two of the nation's most respected and recognized homebuilders. Nominated for Salesperson of the Year in 2019 by the Greater Houston Builder's Association, Constance's work ethic has earned her recognition by her peers and clients alike.

During her 8 years at David Weekly, she guided dozens of families in Imperial Oaks and The Falls through the building process, with prices ranging from 130,000 to over 400,000. She further developed her knowledge and career by joining Toll Brothers, America's largest luxury homebuilder, in 2013, where she assisted clients in Kingwood, The Woodlands and Woodson's Reserve, with homes ranging from the 500's to over 1.3 million.

Constance has been married for over 20 years to her husband, David, a Professional Engineer working for one of the largest global innovators in power generation and distribution. During their spare time, they enjoy traveling and spending quality time with their young daughter.
