Gary is no stranger to challenges. Gary was born and grew up in Cali, Colombia South America. Gary attended Colegio Bolivar and graduated from high school in 1977 in Gruver, Texas. Gary then attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and received a degree in Marketing-Management in 1981, which prepared him for his life long career in sales. Gary has continuously excelled as a top producer with every company he has represented.

Recently Gary was awarded the top producer award for setting a company record in the company's 30 years.

Gary lives and works in The Woodlands with his wife Cara who is also a Realtor. They have two children, Daughter Caroline, is attending Baylor University. Son Chase, attends Texas A&M University and is majoring in business and became a licensed Realtor in 2015 to help the family business.

Moving to Southeast Texas several years ago from out of state, our family found our own sweet little paradise. More importantly, we found a community that we love and quickly embraced as home. Kelly earned a BBA in economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has three wonderful children whom she regards as her proudest achievements. When not working, Kelly enjoys travel, reading, playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.

FRANCISCO MOLLEDA is an Intercontinental University graduate with a degree in Sciences Communication and his Master's in Business Administration from the same University. With over 15 years of experience in Real Estate since 2003, he has focused primarily on managing and redeveloping Commercial and Residential Properties. He decided to become a Real Estate Professional License in Texas to expand the needs of his projects and continue with the goal of putting first the interests of his clients; always seeking the best has made a big deal of this industry.
