Amy is a native of The Woodlands Texas and resides in the Falls at Imperial Oaks with her husband and son. She is a licensed REALTOR and serves as Team Administrator for The Elmi Group. Amy comes from a management, accounting and customer service background.

Originally from Houston, Texas; Rich is a University of Houston graduate. He studied Advertising, and Business, and he spent several years working in Seoul, South Korea.

Rich has a passion for helping others; which has led him to real estate. He is dedicated to helping his clients; from buying or building their dream home, to getting the best offer when it's time to sell. His level of service, professionalism, and negotiating skills all contribute to his client's success.

When he's not having a blast helping his clients, Rich enjoys rock climbing, producing music, spending time at Lake Conroe, and spending time with his family.

FRANCISCO MOLLEDA is an Intercontinental University graduate with a degree in Sciences Communication and his Master's in Business Administration from the same University. With over 15 years of experience in Real Estate since 2003, he has focused primarily on managing and redeveloping Commercial and Residential Properties. He decided to become a Real Estate Professional License in Texas to expand the needs of his projects and continue with the goal of putting first the interests of his clients; always seeking the best has made a big deal of this industry. He has maintained great success thanks to his professional skills and complete customer satisfaction mission. He is 100% bilingual Spanish-English.

Born in Texas oil country and a sixth generation Texan, Mitzi attended high school, college, and law school in Texas. For the past 21 years, she has advised and represented a variety of clients, ranging from individuals buying homes or land to government or commercial entities buying, selling, or leasing commercial space or buildings.

Mitzi’s teaching, mediating, and litigating experience has led to a style of open communication and powerful negotiation on behalf of her clients that relieves the burden and stress often involved in real estate transactions. She is committed to constantly improving her research skills and market knowledge to provide her clients with the most current real estate information available. Mitzi’s concern and attention long after closing make her a significant and continuous real estate resource for an ever growing network of friends and clients.

An avid animal lover, Mitzi supports several animal rescue organizations and is the busy guardian of several pets. When Mitzi is not working, she enjoys getting outdoors with her dogs, horse and goat, or reading with a cat or two in her lap.

Training and coaching real estate professionals how to build successful businesses is extremely rewarding. I began my real estate career in 2010 as an agent in The Woodlands, TX and my passion for real estate developed out of a desire for connecting people to the things that they love. The foundation of a strong career starts with being surrounded by a group of hard working individuals who have a desire to work and grow together to serve others. So moving from agent to leader was a natural progression for me. After serving buyer and seller clients for 4 years, I was offered the opportunity to become Executive Director for Keller Williams Realty in The Woodlands, TX. As life happens, I relocated to the East Coast and took the same role in Savannah, Ga. for Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners. Now, I am back where it all started in The Woodlands, Tx as the Executive Director of Keller Williams The Woodlands once again. These roles taught me a great deal about the importance and strength in collaboration, building relationships, and a united team. I possess a love for building strong connections and a heart for giving back. As a lifelong learner with a high level of curiosity, I love to read and actively push myself to learn anything from business, photography, gardening, furniture building, to yoga, meditation, and painting.
