Native Houstonian Jennifer Herrera's strong executive background in non-profit management and private philanthropy uniquely qualifies her to assist home buyers and sellers in the northwest Houston area. For more than 23 years, Jennifer assisted area non-profit organizations and private foundations in recruiting, mentoring, training, communications, public health, project management, budgeting, leadership, and partnerships. When Hurricane Harvey hit Houston in 2017, Jennifer worked successfully to raise over 6M to help neighbors repair their homes, an experience that led her to become a Realtor.

My wife, Ashley, and I are the proud parents of 3 beautiful children ages 8, 10, and 20. I grew up in West Texas and my wife grew up overseas. We homeschool our kids, and by WE I really mean my wife. For us it is God, Family, then work. Homeschooling allows me to see my kids more with a busy schedule, and we love to travel and adventure during a lot of the non-peak seasons during the year. We hunt, fish, and love visiting Historical sites around Texas.



I began my real estate career in 2013 when I was hired by a national homebuilder. I worked my way up within the company, becoming a Vice President of Sales before starting my solo REALTOR® career. In all, I have been a part of more than 3000 transactions and $750 Million in sales volume. I love the real estate industry because of the different people I get to meet every day! Originally from Beaufort, South Carolina, Constance Willis has been calling the Houston area home for over 20 years. The daughter of a custom homebuilder, Constance inherited the keen sensibility to understand what clients desired out of their homes, as well as the homebuilding experience. This knowledge spearheaded her successful career in New Home Sales for the past 15+ years with two of the nation's most respected and recognized homebuilders. Constance has been married for over 20 years to her husband, David, a Professional Engineer working for one of the largest global innovators in power generation and distribution. During their spare time, they enjoy traveling and spending quality time with their young daughter.

Tiffany Pervan (Njoku) is a native Houstonian, self-proclaimed foodie, and very active in community service.She graduated from Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions, has a Bachelors from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Tiffany's experience hasn't always been in real estate but she has always been deeply involved in serving others. She uses the skills she learned as a Community Development Specialist for Microsoft and as a Software Implementation Project Manager to help her clients. She currently serves as a leader over two volunteer projects with the Junior League of Houston as well as a mentor for the SURE program at the University of Houston.

As a technology project manager and community activist, Tiffany stays abreast of technology solutions and local events throughout the greater Houston area. Tiffany is married to her amazing husband, Almir, who shares her affinity for great food. Together they scour the city in search of great new restaurants and cool places to host a wedding.

My family relocated to the Magnolia and Conroe Texas area 15+ years ago. I have since fallen in love with the entire area. The location is wonderful, we are a stones throw from The Woodlands which offers first rate restaurants, great shopping, beautiful parks, medical care and so much more. We are still close enough to Houston to work or just pop into town for the day to shop, eat, catch a show, a Astro's game or go to the Medical Center. At my house my favorite time of day is the evening. It is so peaceful, I've even seen some fire flies lighting up the evening air. A walk in the moonlight is breath taking and transforming.
