Graduated from the ITAM with a Bachelor's in Science Degree as a Computers Engineer. I started my Real Estate Career in Mexico City in 1994 where I discovered my passion for International Real Estate transactions, developments and investments. Later founded Houston International Realty in the year 2000 to serve families relocating and people investing in Texas Real Estate. I am devoted to wealth increase through Real Estate, reason why, I pay special interest to who my clients buy their properties. My experience has taught me that A good buy, will most likely become a good sale when the right time comes!

Her husband has successfully worked in the Home building industry since 2001 and is also a proud decorated combat Veteran who served with the 2nd Ranger Battalion in Ft. Lewis Washington. Her son is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Construction Science and is in Industrial Commercial Construction in California. Her daughter is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and the University of North Texas Health Science Center with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She and her husband (a Pediatrician) live in North Carolina. Nicole loves traveling, photography and her dogs Apple & Deuce.

Canadian by birth, Janice is from Calgary, Alberta. She and her husband have purchased, renovated and sold numerous personal homes in both the United States and Canada and have developed a deep, if informal, knowledge of construction, architecture, and interior design.

When schedules permit, Janice and her family are avid international travelers who enjoy visiting friends and extended family all over the world.

My favorite part of real estate is meeting new clients and forming a long lasting relationship, although getting to show unique Houston homes is a definite plus! I take pride in knowing and understanding the different markets Houston has to offer, as well as keeping a good eye out for up and coming neighborhoods. When it comes to the areas of Houston I specialize in, I find it limiting to focus on just one specific area. As you can see from my previous sales, I go pretty much anywhere my clients want me to go. Thanks to technology and a lot of research, it's easier than ever to help my clients find the perfect home, and I hope I can do the same for you!
