Prior to her career in residential real estate, Monica practiced law for fifteen years. “I know that my real estate practice benefits from my past legal experience,” Monica says. “I am extremely organized, and have a deep understanding of contract law and negotiation. While I no longer practice law, I still draw on that knowledge for the benefit of my real estate clients.”

Monica earned BA and JD degrees from the University of Kentucky. She volunteers her time in The Woodlands' public schools and enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, watching SEC sports, playing piano and golf.

Erika Jones's journey to her passion in real estate was originated by her 22 year career as an Interior Designer. Tiffany's experience hasn't always been in real estate but she has always been deeply involved in serving others. She uses the skills she learned as a Community Development Specialist for Microsoft and as a Software Implementation Project Manager to help her clients. She currently serves as a leader over two volunteer projects with the Junior League of Houston as well as a mentor for the SURE program at the University of Houston.

As a technology project manager and community activist, Tiffany stays abreast of technology solutions and local events throughout the greater Houston area. Additionally, Tiffany LOVES to negotiate and will put her skills to use to get you a great deal!

Tiffany is married to her amazing husband, Almir, who shares her affinity for great food. Together they scour the city in search of great new restaurants and cool places to host a wedding.
