Erika Jones's journey to her passion in real estate was originated by her 22 year career as an Interior Designer. Living in The Woodlands since 2001, her expertise in form and function of the home has given Erika an eye for detail and an edge for understanding what her clients are looking for in a home. While Erika specializes in marketing listings, her clientele is equally divided between Buyers and Sellers.. Erika believes that her most valuable gift is the art of listening, which allows her to cater to each of her client's exact needs, whether they are a Buyer or a Seller. Erika has a purpose driven philosophy that allows her to envision what her clients want and need, then prioritizes what's most important to her clients. Building lasting relationships as a business owner and a real estate agent is what Erika attributes her success for getting repeat business and referrals. She strives to cultivate harmony and to build trust with each of her clients. She understands that buying or selling a home can be one of the most anxiety-inducing times in a client's life. Erika takes pride is creating a sense of calm and confidence that she is the Realtor they can count on during the buying or selling process. In addition, Erika's knowledge of the Real Estate market environment and her commitment to researching the market and continued education, allows her to guide her clients to ultimately make the right decisions in buying or selling their biggest investment.
