Caileigh was our realtor for the recent purchase of a home in Spring, Texas. My husband and I are coming from a different state, and needed to handle the whole process remotely. We thought it would be very stressful, however Caileigh made it any thing but. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and an overall amazing real estate agent. Absolutely, HANDS DOWN, the BEST realtor you could ever have! She worked to find the best home for us. And we were not easy to work with. We are super picky, and the market is so crazy right now. But she found us a house, which we thought was going to be impossible to do. And on top of all of that, she is also very kind and thoughtful. Just a GENUINELY sweet person! It was wonderful getting to work with Caileigh on purchasing our first home! She was always eager to answer any questions we had and put our minds at ease through the whole process! She walked us through every step of the way!
Caileigh assisted us when the markets were not very favorable for VA loans. She was able to aid us in a new construction home that allows us to fit our needs coming back to Texas. During this process, we had issues with the builder fixing certain aspects and their inability to communicate with us when things would be done and to what level would they be done. It was a stressful time, since things were completed until 20 min before closing. Caileigh stayed on top of things and made it clear we would walk if these things were not looked at as important elements of home buying, to include securing builder letter of completing work when the issue finally fails. I would highly recommend Caileigh because she truly has her clients in their best interest.

Mrs. Thaxton is by far the most dedicated real estate agent I've ever seen. I witnessed countless late nights of her working for clients to make sure they get what they want and at a fair price. I highly recommend. To use a different agent would be doing yourself a disservice. 5/5
