Is there a place in Matrix that would show how much in percentage the Year Over Year Price has Increased for an area?

Example: Houston 2021 cost was at 95% and now 2022 has increased to 115%. If so, where or how do you access this information?

If I understand your question correctly, I don\'t believe there is a specific category in Matrix for that info. If there is, I\'m not familiar with it. I have used the census bureau and NAR to pull detailed stats that weren\'t noted in the CMA creator. You may want to reach out to your broker to see if they have guidance on other resources you could tap into to get the answers you need. I hope this helps. Good luck!
