The Icon Team

The Icon Team

The Icon Team is a Houston-area real estate team led by Scott Laird, focused on providing clients with strategic guidance and trusted advice throughout the buying and selling process. Rather than approaching real estate as a sales transaction, the team positions itself as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand their options, avoid costly mistakes, and make confident decisions.

With strong relationships throughout Greater Houston—including connections with builders, attorneys, and local business owners—The Icon Team provides clients with market insight and opportunities that extend beyond a typical real estate transaction. The team has helped more than 5,000 families and achieved over $1 billion in lifetime sales.

The team serves buyers and sellers across numerous Greater Houston communities, including The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Cypress, Houston, Kingwood, Klein, Montgomery, New Caney, Porter, Shenandoah, Tomball, and Willis. Its services include residential buying, home selling, property marketing, and personalized real estate guidance.

The Icon Team has received multiple industry honors, including Greater Houston Builders Association Realtor® Team of the Year awards in 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015, and has been recognized among the Houston Business Journal’s Top 25 performing real estate teams consecutively from 2015 through 2025. The team is partnered with Keller Williams, further supporting its ability to serve clients throughout the Houston market.

With an emphasis on experience, strategy, relationships, and client-focused service, The Icon Team strives to make every real estate transaction a confident and well-informed experience.
