Thai Klam has over 15 years of experience in business management and operations.
Mr. Klam currently holds an active Broker’s License with the Texas Real Estate Commission, and acting as a Broker Associate. . Specializing in asset acquisitions and dispositions, Mr. Klam has been able to leverage his real estate abilities to give added benefits to his clients by offering added value services. In 2011, he was honored to receive recognition from HAR as a Top 20 Under 40. In 2012 Mr. Klam is ranked #7 producing individual in the State of Texas, and #9 in the City of Houston in transaction volume according to Houston Business Journal. Also, HBJ Ranked his firm #22 for transaction volume, and #23 for dollar sales volume.
Additionally, Mr. Klam devotes his time to various community services. He participated in the founding Chapter of The Houston Cambodian Lions Club, served on the 2012 Board for NAHREP as membership chair. Currently he also serves on the HAR Technology Adivorsy Board, and NRG Board with HAR. .
