Tessa was a pleasure to work with in the sale of our home. Every step of the way she was sending updates on the progress. This was the first home we had sold and weren’t really sure what that entailed. She broke down every step of the process and explained what each decision would result in. We had an older home that was updated by the previous owner and we had outgrown it. It was not an easy sell but she was there nearly every weekend pushing the open house and getting it marketed. She negotiated a great deal in the end and we ended up closing early! Great experience all together. If you are looking for someone who will work for you no matter time or day give her a call.

If there are plenty of fish in the sea, there are 10x more agents in the real estate industry… and Tessa is the BEST catch! Her range of experience covers sellers, buyers, big spenders, budget friendly, ultra modern, classic traditional, turn key, fixer upper, and beyond. As out-of-state buyers living in NYC, this was important for us to know that we were leaving no stone unturned for our future home options despite not being able to see homes in person. Also, Tessa was transparent, timely, and tactful with her approach on how to navigate any challenges we incurred along the way. As busy as she is, she will make time for you and treat you as a VIP client. Even after closing, she was still holding our hand to make sure our transition into our new home went smoothly. We are already looking forward to investing in future properties with Tessa guiding the way. 10/10 would home-buy with her again!

Tessa made our experience with selling my mother’s home smooth and stress free. She is attentive and responsive with a kind and sweet personality. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. I reached out to Tessa to see if she would be a good fit to get my mother’s house listed for sale. She was able to meet us the same day which was great. We went over what needed to get fixed before listing. Once we did our part, she scheduled a photographer to take pictures and got virtual staging done for our listing. The pictures looked awesome! Once the listing went up, Tessa had an open house scheduled for Saturday that same weekend and mentioned she would have an open house every Saturday until the house sold. Fortunately, we got an offer for asking price the next day after it was listed! We were ecstatic and surprised. We went under contract, went through the option period, inspection, and closed shortly after. The whole process was easy, thanks to Tessa. She helped sell our home and now she is helping find a new one! Thank you, Tessa! :)
