Terry Darilek

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, it was only natural that native Houstonian Terry Darilek returned to his roots after graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. During this time Terry also served his country proud as a Submariner in the United States Navy, immediately followed by becoming a Certified Professional Landman, excelling in said discipline since inception.

Terry's passion for investment opportunities, up-and-coming markets, and trends within real estate, eventually lead Terry to obtain licensure. Terry's ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of clientele is guided by his passion for travel, and his experiences living in various countries, states, and cities. Because Terry strives on continuing education and industry knowledge, he remains active in numerous organizations and charitable institutions including, but not limited to, the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, and the American Association of Professional Landmen.

In his spare time, Terry enjoys the company of his family, including his Puppy, Sir Charles, hits the weights at the gym, travels, attends art exhibitions put on by his artist friends, visits local wineries/breweries/distilleries, and partakes in any and all events that give back to the community. In all aspects of his life, Terry lives by the philosophies of "As often as possible, go someplace you've never been before," that we should all "Live in the moment," and his most important mantra of "Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risk."
