Terre Manning is the broker and owner of the Porter James Agency. She is a proud native Houstonian/Bay Area resident. Graduating from the University of Houston in 1985 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, she also earned her teaching certificate in 2000 and taught in Friendswood ISD for 16 years. Terre entered the real estate industry in 2015 and feels lucky to have turned her personal passion into a career. She gives buyers and sellers expert guidance & care in meeting all of your real estate needs!
