Ted Esquibel

Ted Esquibel has been in some facet of the Real Estate industry in Austin and Nationally since 2002. Ted's real estate finance background, investment property ownership, and extensive sales experience enables him to have a consultative sales approach to prospective buyers and/or sellers. His relationship with other agents, lenders, property owners and real estate developers enables him to provide a well rounded and unmatched buying/selling experience to local Austinites, or out of town buyers alike. Ted has lived in Austin since 1999 in almost every area of town, which helps him quickly identify a suitable property and area based on a buyer's search criteria and lifestyle requirements. His in-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, lender guidelines, loan programs, and the title process sets him apart from other agents. His lending experience is an asset in working with unique buying or selling situations. Ted is a recent Austin Business Journal winner as a part of a top producing residential real estate team in 2014. Ted spends most of his free time with his wife, Leona, and their two sons, Cruz and Leo. He enjoys playing guitar, reading, traveling when he can, cooking, and all other things related to the culinary arts.
