Taryn Natzic

I'm Taryn Natzic, a REALTOR® specializing in residential real estate and relocations in the North Houston, TX area, including Spring, Tomball, and The Woodlands. With only 2 years of experience, I've already earned designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), while helping 8 clients buy and/or sell homes. 

My journey in real estate began after navigating 9 transactions of my ownas both a buyer and seller. Those experiences sparked my passion for providing exceptional service, knowing firsthand the difference a great agent can make.

My approach is thoughtfully planned and organized, drawing on my background as a project manager. I've created resources like detailed workbooks to guide my clients through each step of the process, helping them stay informed, track decisions, and feel confident at every turn. I believe in empowering my clients while making their experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Building strong relationships is one of my favorite parts of the job. I truly value honesty, open communication, and respect, and I find so much joy in helping families achieve their homeownership goals.

When I'm not working with clients, I love tackling DIY projects around my own home. I am married to a retired USMC veteran, Andy. We are bonus parents to two boys we fostered in 2022. They have since reunified and we are grateful for the opportunity to watch them grow and thrive with their family! We have 2 dogs; Dexter and Tess. I am coffee obsessed and enjoy a nice whiskey.
