I worked with tarl some time back and unfortunately we needed to find another realtor. Tarl failed to send documents and listing's in a timely manner and blamed me for his shortcomings. As the other reviewer pointed out, he does complain about his job to clients. His market knowledge and advice has proven itself incorrect twice since I've worked with him. He also makes clients sign an agreement which prohibits clients from working with other Realtors within 3 months after you sign with him. Practically, it's a Chokehold on you to stick with his subpar services. We just sat out the 3 months and found another realtor which was able to get us a house promptly, with no complaints, and with excellent service.

We love Tarl. His patience, market knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond has been wonderful. Tarl is much more than a realtor to my wife and I, he is a confidant, advisor and a friend.
