“Tara was absolutely phenomenal This was my first ever property I had to put up for sale She explained every aspect of how the process of selling a home worked She gave advice on things to do like staging and looking at certain things in the home we may overlook because we ve lived there for so long that other people might notice to fix she showed our house multiple times in open houses to try to help me move the house along to get sold When we finally had a buyer we negotiated a deal and I was shocked that we closed in five days She prepares her clients and gives them realistic expectations as not to overpromise or disappoint because in this day and time the market is so fragile and changes often She s very patient with my questions and my worries and I can call her a friend would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a property she went above and beyond many other real estate agents ”
