Tanya has had a wide range of experience in life to name a few:

Born and raised in Houston, Texas! Married in the 70,s and opened a pawn shop. And moved to the country in the 80,s to raise horses. In the 90,s moved to Cypress to get closer to Houston and continued to groom animals and go to real estate school.

Raised and showed Cutting Horses in the 80's. Still has Horses in Waller County at her ranch with her daughter and grandchildren. Now it is time for grandkids to enjoy the art of riding.

Veterinary assistant and pet grooming in the 90,s was so rewarding! She even has done a c_section on a mare with one of the veterinarians. Now that was a one of a kind experience!

Condo living in New York City during the diaster of 2001 was an experience of a life time! New York is an exciting city and working in Real Estate was a great experience there.

3 years of acting experience in Louisiana thru 2007 to 2009. Was in major 14 films , as a feature extra , she worked closely with actors , Queen Latina, Katy Holmes, Samuel Jackson, Jessica Simpson, Andy Dick , Denzel Washington just to name a few.

Playing R&B, Blues, Jazz & country,bluegrass Music. Now writing with coworkers around the united states to let the world hear her music! Playing guitar, piano and working on mastering mandolin in her spare time as well as volunteers for Texas Children's Hospital to sing for the children.

Tanya career in Real Estate has along history. To be exact,21 years experience in the residential field with waterfront properties being her favorite. Tanya has had 3 state license in real estate. Texas, Louisiana, and New York City. Commuting from Texas to New York was a fascinating experience to say the least and Learning Napoleon Law in Louisiana was definitely a challenge. With all that said , Tanya has had an eclectic real estate life. These experiences have expressed a great knowledge in working with the public.
