Tammy’s abilities in residential real estate began in 1983. She has been involved in the administrative, management & sale of real estate including being the Inventory Manager for the largest third party relocation company in the world. Family transfers with AT&T have given her personal experience in relocating to various cities and states. She understands the challenges that can occur from listing & buying a home. In November 2012 she completed training at Coldwell Banker United, Realtors Success Center. This included intensive training in Marketing Homes, Contracts and working with Buyers, just to name a few. Expanding her career she joined The Jill Smith Team @ Coldwell Banker in April, 2012. The Jill Smith Team moved to Better Homes & Gardens Gary Greene Realtors in March, 2014. Continuing Education is very important to her. Tammy holds a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation, an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation as well as a Certified New Construction Specialist (CNCS) designation. She is constantly involved in classes to improve her knowledge of the Real Estate industry. Having grown up in the Cy-Fair ISD herself, she is now enjoying being involved as a volunteer on many levels with her own children attending the very same school district! Tammy’s hobbies include playing volleyball, gardening, water sports, group fitness classes, traveling and being involved with academics, cheerleading and football with her 2 children.
