Communicate Communicate Communicate!! Watch your contract deadlines and make sure all parties are communicating with each other. Make sure you are able to communicate with the lender. I can’t even say the word Communicate enough times ????.

Tamintris! Great question! Typically I find people downsizing because they have become empty nesters! However, consider the current state of inflation and how folks may want to alter their lifestyles to change their financial positioning. Down sizing could lead to lower utility bills, lower taxes, lower insurance costs, a lower mortgage, and an easier life home maintenance wise! On the other hand, with the growing popularity of tiny living, some people may simply be opting for the ultimate simplification of life with a minimalist lifestyle!

With interest rates possible going down it may help buyers get into homes earlier.
