Tamara Morgan

An award winning and top producing mortgage broker who was an Owner/Partner of a mortgage company for 13 years, with experience not only in mortgage finance, but appraisals, title, and surveys, Tamara Morgan has the background to ensure that a Sellers’ listings are priced right to sell and appraise, or to make sure a Buyer is purchasing a home at the right price.

A graduate of Texas Tech University, and studied Interior Design at the Art Institute Of Houston. Tamara has built two custom homes and done various remodeling jobs. This means she can stage a house to maximum advantage while also providing input and guidance for any repairs needed to sell a home.

Blessed with great people skills and good at multi-tasking, Tamara has an abundance of energy and truly enjoys establishing relationships with her clients. She combines being an excellent listener with strong negotiating skills, and is very solution oriented. Always eager to learn, she carefully researches market data and trends, doing everything necessary to provide answers and help buyers and sellers make informed decisions.

Married for 25 years, with two boys, ages 21 and 19, Tamara’s oldest son is studying geology at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her youngest son is studying finance at LSU. Her volunteer activities include Texas Children’s Hospital and the Goodie Girls BBQ Cook Off Committee.
