I have had a wonderful experience, but the Halloween party today was the icing on the cake! It was so much fun seeing everyone come together in their creative costumes and celebrate. The management team went all out with decorations and activities, creating a festive and memorable evening for all the residents. The have regular events. Beyond the fun social events, the apartments themselves are fantastic. My unit has a great layout with plenty of natural light, and any maintenance requests I've had have been handled quickly and professionally by the vigilant staff. The location is also perfect, offering convenient access to the new rail line is 4 stop from DFW and the other direction takes you to plano. Downtown dallas is 6 stop south. I have lived in alot of places but this new managment is fire and the office staff is great. Im a hard reviewer so for me to say its a good place to live says alot.

I love my apartment. Such a pleasant place to live, relax after a busy day of work, and enjoy a cup of coffee in my balcony. Sara and Stephanie at the front office AMAZING. Community well maintained, and clean. I urge everyone to come to get your apartments home here and enjoy the different beautiful amenities such as the gymnasium, pool, BBQ grill, and more.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Switchyard Apartments. The community is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the location is incredibly convenient. The apartments are thoughtfully designed with great amenities that make everyday living comfortable and enjoyable. Management and maintenance are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents, which makes a huge difference. I feel safe, comfortable, and happy calling Switchyard home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Been living here since the building opened its doors. Switchyard has always been a great complex, but our newest property manager, Stephanie, has really outdone herself! She's probably one of the hardest working property manager's I've had the pleasure to experience at any property I've lived at. She instantly got to work upon coming aboard and ensured our community was safe, clean, and inviting. We have had far more community events within the past few months than we've had in the last 4 years. Stephanie and her team are rockstars at keeping residents informed when vendors or anyone else may need to be on the premises to enter our units (no last-minute/surprise entry if they can help it). Switchyard is a pretty quiet community and the units are gorgeous/modern - definitely the best value in Carrollton (maybe even the DFW). The train noise isn't an issue if you aren't directly facing the tracks. I used to live in a unit facing the pool and the train noise was very faint. Maintenance has been solid since the beginning - Armando is always friendly and efficient. Neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful (a lot of my OG neighbors from day one are still here, so that should say something). Most of the residents here are young and middle-aged professionals - I rarely see any children here. Carrollton PD patrols the area, so safety isn't a major issue. I toured almost every "luxury" apartment in Carrollton (along with some of the surrounding cities) and Switchyard has many properties beat overall. Highly recommend checking out this property!

Switchyard Apartments is an amazing place to live! The pool area is a whole vibe with in-water loungers and a great courtyard view—it feels like a resort. Check out my view way up here in my picture!!! The clubhouse is stylish and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or working from home. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the staff is always friendly and quick to help. Since the manager Stephanie took over we have the most entertaining events. I’ve met some new friends and truly feel at home living here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury community with a true sense of home! Having the dart right out front saves on commutes, gas, and helps me more than I knew I would even use it. it has amazing views and the perfect place to relax after work. The fitness center, dog park, and outdoor grilling areas make it easy to enjoy life here. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the staff and maintenance team are always friendly and quick to help. It truly feels like home!
