Susie Waits

Susie Waits has lived in Magnolia, Texas since 2007. This has given her an opportunity to be a part of a community she loves and to form close relationships with local businesses and people. Susie became a licensed real estate agent in 2022.

Susie loves giving a personal experience to buyers and sellers in her local area. The area is growing rapidly, and she loves nothing more than seeing her clients happy. Montgomery County has every type of property at every price point, and Susie enjoys showing them all.

Susie's experience hasn't always been in real estate. After earning her B.S., Economics at Texas A&M University, she spent the early part of her career working in wealth management, where she managed the day to day operations of client service and trading. Susie is also a partner in an e-retail business she owns and operates with her husband.

Susie has always been technology-savvy, and knows how to search for the home you're looking for. She has a heart for her clients and wants to see each and every person completely satisfied with their new home or property. Her knowledge of the area and motivation to see you happy are what distinguishes her as an agent.

Susie is married to her husband, Chris, of 25 years, and together they have 3 wonderful children that they adore. Their family enjoys snow skiing, water sports, and camping, when they aren't spending time in their own home in the community that they love.
