OMG I really love this place. The food So super amazing I was last minute with the pictures, so I didn’t get to get the whole set up, but I love the waffles and bacon and fruit. So much good yummy brunch food. Great environment great people I made a lot of great connects so grateful to have this going on right in the community being that I am from out of state and don’t have any family this was so heart filling. Thank you to the community coordinators.

I had the pleasure of living in Sullivan for a year, and I absolutely cherished every moment of it! From the very first day, Michelle greeted me with a warm smile at the leasing center, instantly putting me at ease. Her kindness and helpful nature made such a positive impact on my experience. She took the time to explain everything and showed me my new apartment with so much care. The management team truly is remarkable; they genuinely made me feel like part of a family. I miss y'all so much! As for my apartment, I was fortunate to have one with high ceilings, a spacious living room, a beautifully renovated kitchen, and a well-kept area in the bedroom. It was always clean, had a lovely scent, and felt incredibly comfortable. My time there was truly enjoyable! I also fell in love with the gym! It had everything I needed, from dumbbells to a squat machine, and it was so convenient being right by the pool. I loved working out and then relaxing in the pool afterward—it was the perfect way to unwind at night! Just a little tip: it’s best to keep the noise down while you’re there! All the amenities were well-organized and beautifully maintained. I miss the swimming pool, especially those peaceful evenings spent sitting by the water, either reflecting or hanging out with friends. It was such a soothing place! Whenever I had any maintenance requests, the team was incredibly prompt in taking care of everything. I like to think my polite requests and gratitude made a difference! 😆 I truly loved being a part of the Sullivan community and appreciated everything the team did to create a happy living environment. The only minor hiccup I encountered was with Spectrum, as my smart home gadgets were a bit slow, but it didn’t dampen my experience at all. I believe they may have addressed this issue since then! Overall, Sullivan gets my heartfelt 5-star recommendation! Love y’all!

if i could give ZERO stars i would .Absolutely worst place to live don’t be fooled by the fake luxury title they try to give this place . upon moving in i was giving a half renovated apartment that was quoted “fully renovated unit “ . had to leave the first unit i was given because it was infested with cockroaches and other buglife and was deemed unlivable. I was giving a new unit which wasn’t much better still had cockroaches that were the size of a tennis ball . All units here are mostly infested with bugs . instead of taking care of the issue they just try to look past it .please save yourself the trouble and don’t be fooled by the way the apartments look they are no good and not worth the stress , finances or mental peace .on top of all the extra excessive fees they charge each month your better off finding somewhere else . when it comes to a home comfort comes first being in these apartments makes my skin crawl . they also have a terrible online system payment ( loft living ) which doesn’t break any charges and billing down each month . You could be being charged anything unless you personally call them each month for the statements on top of the 20$ fee they charge to submit payment. which to me sounds excessive my old apartment only charged 7$ . they are also slow to process rent payments so when you go to pay your rent it could say payment confirmed then in reality the payment doesn’t go thru and you may end up spending the money . they will still charge late fees for the misunderstanding and put you to blame . please don’t be naive and eager to move and don’t be fooled by the countertops. these apartments are far from luxury and not too far from your average hoody apartments. your better off renting an cheap apartment somewhere in the trenches . Pleasee don’t be a fool like i was i only been here a week and already thinking of breaking my lease even tho fees and a negative credit report may come with living here sounds much worse .

After two incredible years at Sullivan, I can confidently say this is more than just a place to live—it's a community. The front office staff consistently goes above and beyond, making every interaction a pleasure. And let's talk about the maintenance team—they're not just efficient; they're absolute lifesavers, a rare find in apartment living! If you're looking for a top-tier living experience, look no further. Sullivan gets a resounding 10/10 from me!

Amazing location. Clean grounds. Parking is always available near my unit. The Staff always makes sure to make me feel welcome when I go in to chat. I had a work order for my toilet to be fixed because it was constantly running wasting water. They came out the same day to fix it.
