S. in Advertising from the University of Texas, Kelly worked in the ad industry for four years. She bought and negotiated spots for television & radio on behalf of various national clients and constructed successful marketing plans and market analyses in the top 12 U.S. markets. Thanks to her advertising background, negotiating, marketing & customer service are Kelly's fortes. In 2007, Kelly earned her MBA from the University of Houston.
