I managed large caseloads, negotiated contracts, and worked in client relations. Prior to obtaining my license, I worked on the administrative and marketing aspects of real estate. Being a paralegal, I learned real estate and contract law long before I decided to become an agent. Janice Campbell moved from the Philippines at the age of 5 and became a US citizen several years later. She moved to Rosenberg, Texas in 1981 and graduated from Terry High School in 1983. After completing a degree in education at Sam Houston Sate University she moved back to Rosenberg. In 2017, Janice Campbell retired from teaching middle school after being in education for 29 years. Those years of teaching helped her understand how to work with children, their parents and fellow teachers. Through her experience in education she developed skills that enabled her to explain and share new information that led to success for her students and team members.
