Drawing from decades of experience buying, selling, and leasing properties, Stephan understands the pain points of the transaction process and guides clients to make the experience seamless and stress-free.

Prior to launching his real estate career, Stephan served in the military for twenty-four years as a helicopter pilot. After his retirement in 2003, Stephan took a position as a helicopter pilot with the esteemed Memorial Hermann Life Flight organization in the Houston Medical Center. When he decided to move from his flying career into his longstanding passion of real estate, he brought with him a strong leadership foundation and a competitive and spirited work ethic.

Passionate about securing the maximum price for sellers, Stephan employs a targeted marketing system designed to create competition for the property among the right buyers. A fierce and effective advocate, Stephan negotiates effectively on his clients' behalf to complete the sale with the least inconvenience to his clients. In his free time, Stephan enjoys time spent with his friends and family and serving his community and church as a volunteer. He also enjoys staying active at the gym or getting outside and on the water.
