My wife and I are 1st time homeowners and we were very skeptical on who we would use as a realtor. The saying goes never mix business and friendship. In this case, were happy we did.
Edward took us through the whole experience and it was as if we were in school. He went out of his way to explain the WHOLE home buying process. Even when we didnt want to hear it. And thats the kicker. Your realtor has to treat the process like hes buying the house for himself and thats exactly what Ed did. He emphasized over and over again that when we got to the point of getting our loan approved, we had to show seriousness and snap when documentation was requested for. He explained the pitfalls of not responding to requests on time. He showed us how the numbers were crunched and how we could make mistakes if we were not knowledgeable of how the market works. He was with us from beginning to the finish line. Even when the freeze in Texas threatened to delay the process, he refused to allow us to give up. We were involved in the building process of our home from start to finish. He made sure we got the best interest rate that was available to us and was there by our side on the day we closed. It was a Rollercoaster 5 month ride from start to finish and were happy to state that we just moved into our home and feel like we had a new baby. I recommend Ed completely. Hell take you through the storm and make sure you come out of the other side with a smile on your face. Hes a terror to the builders when it is necessary and you really need that in a realtor. Thanks Ed..... for everything. We owe this process to you.

Edward was an Awesome agent, I was under pressure to meet a short deadline and he went out of his way to help me sell my home. He was always available to answer any questions and always answered my phone calls and emails, he explained in detail each step throughout the entire process of selling my home, he was knowledgeable of the market and made sure I sold my home for best price available.
I would definitely recommend him to others and plan on working with him in the future.

We have worked with Edward on multiple occasions and every time he gave 110%. He took his time in finding out what in a property we were looking for and he gave us many options to choose from. His communication was excellent in that he always kept us updated throughout the process and any issues or questions we had was always at the top of his list to address. We have worked in different cities and he did a great job in working with areas we were interested in. Being new to leasing properties we didn’t know much about the process or finding a home we wanted for the right price, but Edward took out time to educate us in a way we understood and led us in the right direction. We plan on working with him in the future and would recommend to all!
